He is survived by: his grandson Jeff Kozuszek; and his siblings, Evelyn Vetz of St. Louis, MO, Harry Kozuszek (Florence) of Nashville, IL, Delores Bargiel of St. Louis, MO, Leona Litzau (Rick) of Manchester, MO, Joann Muenks (Pat) of Glencoe, MO, Ted Conway, Leonard Conway of St. Louis, MO, Fred Kozuszek (Tracy) of Nashville, IL, Clarence Kozuszek of Nashville, IL and David Kozuszek (Mary) of Scheller, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
