He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lamczyk and Sophia Lamczyk (Novak); his daughter Michelle McCormack; and his siblings, Barney Lamczyk, Stanley Lamczyk, Sylvester Lamczyk (Delores), Andrew Lamczyk, Louise Liszewski (Alex) and Bernadine Martin (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Lamczyk of Ashley, IL; his sons, Mike Lamczyk (Valerie) of Ashley and Gene Lamczyk, Jr. (Mindy) of Ashley; his grandchildren, KaeLynn, Kane (Hannah Harris), Kyle Lamczyk (Brittnie Bartling), Andrew and Cali Lamczyk; his great grandchild Olivia Lamczyk; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Lamczyk and Dorothy Lamczyk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
