She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Borowiak and Mary Borowiak (Szopinski); her husband Martin B. Kwiatkowski; her son David Kwiatkowski; and her sisters, Hattie Lamke and Bernadine Logan.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Kwiatkowski of Radom, IL; and her siblings, Theresa Rielly of St. Louis, MO, Jo Ann Suchomski (Lawrence) of Knoxville, TN, Carol Chianta of St. Louis, MO and Ed Borowiak (Celestine) of McMinnville, TN. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, mass offerings or memorial may be made to the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
