He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Ostendorf and Doris Ostendorf. He is survived by : his wife Mona Ostendorf of Nashville, IL; his daughter Kelly Goforth (Jeff) of Nashville, IL; his grandchildren, Peyton and Olivia Goforth; and his sisters, Mary Harre (Clarence) of Nashville, IL, Marsha Francis (Keith) of Troy, IL and Marlene Ray (John) of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the NCHS Sports Boosters, St. Salvator Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
