He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoffman, and Dorothy Hoffman, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Tudy Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Hoffman of Chesterfield, MO; his sons, Matthew Hoffman (Jennifer) of Olivette, MO, Michael Hoffman of O'Fallon, MO and Andrew Hoffman (Dana) of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, William, Elizabeth, Molly, Emma, Alexander, Aiden, Caroline and Evelyn; and his brothers, Denny Hoffman (Jeanne) of Nashville, IL, Melvin Hoffman (Karen) of Bradenton, FL, Edward Hoffman of Nashville, IL and Don Hoffman (Trish) of DuQuoin, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Breakthrough T1D (Diabetes) or the St. Louis Humane Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
