He was predeceased by: his parents, Beauford Adams and Shirley Adams (Vance); and his brother Robert Adams. He is survived by: his wife Diane Adams of Belleville, IL; his children, David Adams of Texas and Monica Adams of Belleville, IL; his siblings, Kevin Adams (Rose) of Mt. Vernon, IL and Deb Roznowski of Ashley, IL; and his nephews, Shane Blumhorst (Amanda) and Ryan Blumhorst (Amy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
