William Baum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Baum of Nashville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Baum and Helen Baum; and his brothers, Mike and Jimmy Baum. He is survived by: his children, Mary Melton (Brian) of Richview, Bernie Baum (Misty) of Richview and Jeffrey Baum (Brooke) of New Minden; his sisters, Elsie McCartney (Robert) of Collinsville and Sandy Stevens (Dennis) of Kentucky; his sister-in-law Arlene Baum of Okawville; and his grandchildren, Kelci, Leah, Baylee, Brendan, Brady, Breckin and Dawson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, countless nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Richview Community Center and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
