It is with sadness that the passing of June A. McVeigh of Nauvoo, Illinois is shared. June, born on June 9, 1926, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sherm; her siblings, Doris, Virginia, George, Rodney and Loretta; and her great grandchild Brayden.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Buckert (Danny), Russell McVeigh (Donna), Rick McVeigh (Debi) and Luan Allen (Greg); her grandchildren, Michael Benjamin, Sam McVeigh (Arianna), Jason McVeigh (Tammi), Nikki Robertson (Chad), Matt McVeigh, Kayleigh Allen and Joel Allen (Lelu); her great grandchildren, Cody (Cassie) of Samantha, C. J., Avalynn, Silas, Willa, Josiah, Kadmen, Izzy, Adalynn and Brodi; and her great great grandchildren, Maddison, Delaney, Memphis and Millie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Golden's Point Church (905 E Co Rd 1800, Hamilton, IL 62341). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Nauvoo City Cemetery.
