He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey F. Tinsley and Bernice Tinsley (Behrman); his son Terry James Tinsley; and his sister Sherrie Kimble. He is survived by: his son Tim Tinsley (Penny) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Tinsley of Quincy, Mariah Kalebaugh (Dylan) of Fowler and Cheyenne Tinsley (Marcy) of Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Hope and Bearon of Fowler; and his sister Randie Glassford of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
