He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Rowley and Eva Marie Hoos Rowley; his children, Douglas Rowley and Alice Lyne; his grandson Derek Lyne; and his brother Wayne Rowley.

He is survived by: his children, Darrin Rowley, Deanne Rowley, Michael Rowley and James Rowley; and his siblings, Roy Rowley (Kay) of Nebo, Earl Rowley (Penny) of Pearl and Eva Mae Rowley of Nebo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
