He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Moeller and Effie E. Moeller (Wilson); and his siblings, Larry, Bob, Joe Moeller, Diane and Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, Tracy DeVries (David) of Nelson, Matt Moeller (Christa) of Rock Falls and Shay Moeller (Natalie) of Rock Falls; his siblings, Donna Cover (Harry) of Nelson, Mary Steagall (Gerald) of Washington, IL, Ed Moeller of Sterling and David Moeller (Karen) of Fulton; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Drew, Dylan, Allie, Nolan, Lauren, Elise, Sophia and Ethan. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Rick has requested that memorial be given in his memory to Granny Rose Shelter or Happy Tails.
