He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Williams and K. Marie Williams (Kuster); and his grandson Michael Williams. He is survived by: his wife Diana Williams of Stewardson, Illinois; his sons, Aaron Williams (Tracy) of Mattoon and Andy Williams (Jamie) of Charleston, Illinois; his granddaughters, Madelyn Williams, Hannah Shriver (Ryland) and Faith Alvis; and his brother Delbert Williams (Debbie) of Neoga, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
