He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weaver and Marjorie Jean Shane (Leonard); and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Lana Holtorf of Sheffield; his children, Susan Winslow (Dusty) of St. Augustine, FL, Kelly Acuff (Wayne) of Prosper and Will Shane (Heather) of Neponset; and his grandchildren, Holden, Hunter, Havannah, Wayne, Brandon, Max, Brock and Tucker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mueller Funeral Home (800 1st Ave, Ottawa, IL 61350). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
