He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell Wall and Mary Wall (Dilday); his wife Lani Pontious (Cook); his children, Thomas Pontious and Kimberly Oliver; and his sister Nancy Thies.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron Pontious and Alicia Pontious (Ian); his sisters, Linda Foutch and Jackie Warren (Lonnie); and his grandchildren, Staton O'Dell (Lexy), Ashley Tomlin, Tyler Oliver, Brook Hollaway (Chris) and Ethan Oliver. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, in addition to many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
