She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Cook and Marie Cook (Alvarado); her children, Thomas Pontious and Kimberly Pontious; and her brother Vance Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Pontious; her children, Aaron Pontious and Alicia Pontious; her sisters, Barbara Onley (David) and Anna Parent (David); and her grandchildren, Staton O'Dell (Lexy), Ashley Tomlin, Tyler Oliver, Brook Hollaway (Chris) and Ethan Oliver. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren in addition to many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
