Peter Cinotto Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peter Cinotto of New Athens, Illinois, born in Braidwood, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his son Keith Cinotto; his siblings, Jackie, Bobbie and Rosemary Smith (Cinotto); and his parents, John Cinotto and Bernice Cinotto.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Cinotto (Brian Manning), Peter J. Cinotto (Alice Cinotto), Kimberly Cinotto and Jamie Cinotto (Hashim Jaderanii); and his grandsons, Bryce, Kolin, Camdin, Deltin and Zayne Cinotto.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (6 N Alton St, Freeburg, IL 62243).
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Family Hospice of Southern Illinois.
