He was predeceased by : his mother Ruby Ann Spani (Galloway); his aunt Diane Reginatto; and his grandparents, Phillip, Diane Spani, Jim and Ruby Blair.
He is survived by : his father Steven Leroy Spani of Benton; his siblings, Tina Spani of Carbondale and Steven L. Spani, Jr. of Benton; his nephews, Dametrious Avant of Carbondale, Lyrix Avant of Carbondale and Moore of Carbondale; his aunt Michelle Akpore of Peoria; and his uncles, Mike Blair (Nancy Daum) of Benton and Donnie Blair of Benton.
