He is survived by: his friend Sturgis; his wife Elizabeth Dufault (Liz); his mother Cynthia Monical (Rakers); his sons, Kodie Monical, Kyle Monical, Kameron Monical, Kaleb Monical and Kolin Monical; his stepchildren, Maddison Dufault, Camille Dufault and Joseph Dufault; and his sisters, Tammy Monical and Sarah Monical. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
