He was predeceased by: his former wife Georgia R. Kemp; his son Jason Colt Kemp; his parents, Palmer N. Kemp and Lucille E. Kemp (Richeson); his siblings, Thelma Girard, Doris M Kemp, Betty Lou Shadwick, Dolores E. Crowley, Shirley A. Rule, Joyce L. Holleman, Margaret M. Dodson and Palmer K. Kemp; and his wife Sherry Kemp (Sanderson). He is also survived by married on October 8, 2006; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
