He was predeceased by : his mother Margery Mauser; his grandparents, John and Dorothy Mauser (Burroughs); his sister Stephanie Williams; his parents-in-law, Bill and Rosie Athmer; and his brother-in-law Daryl Athmer.
He is survived by : his wife Karen Athmer; his daughter Dawn Dulle (Mike) of Addieville; his siblings, Valerie, Robert Mokisz of Mascoutah, Julia Thurston (Bob Sasak) of Smithton and Chris Dee; his son Zachary Dee of Belleville; his grandchildren, Claire and Madeline Dulle; and his siblings-in-law, Duane, Terry Athmer of Ohio, Matt, Lynn Athmer of Germantown, Keith, Jane Athmer of Trenton, Michelle, Herman Wegmann of New Baden, Craig, Christina Athmer of Damiansville, Kelly, Jeff Elias of Breese and Jenifer Elias of New Baden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
