He is survived by : his mother Amanda Brooks (David) of New Berlin; his brothers, David A. Ushman (Jessica) of Springfield, Bradley Ott of New Berlin and James Ushman of New Berlin; his grandparents, Dale, Pam Brooks of New Berlin and Helen Ushman of Chatham; his nephew Ethan Ushman; his niece Natalie Ushman; his uncle Lance Brooks (Sara) of Denver, CO; his great-aunt Jan Walker of Denver, CO; and his great-uncle Phil Brooks (Karen) of Springfield. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
