He is survived by: his wife Shari Cantrell; his children, Keisa Ealey (Travis Rider), Kenda Cantrell and Ryan Cantrell; his grandchildren, Stone Ealey (Ashton Shields) and Kailyn Middleton (Jamison Carter); his siblings, Loren Cantrell (Susan), Nick Cantrell (Jill), Roger Cantrell (Janet), Terry Cantrell (Sheryl), Karen Goodwin (Dennis) and Penny Ormond (Larry); his siblings-in-law, Lyndell Predmore, Tessie Bratton (Gary), Joy Goehl (Randy), Jill McCurren, Pegi Lawrence (Dan), Debbie Schulten (Rick) and John Gramke (Lisa); and his friend Joe Scirone.
