He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Daniel Curtis Sr. and Ellen V. Curtis (Woodrum); his wife Deanna Curtis; and his brothers, John Edward Curtis and Gary Lee Curtis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Stephens (Curt) of New Berlin and Pam Harden (Tim Hermes) of New Berlin; his grandchildren, Austin Stephens, Ashley Stephens, Greg Harden and Erika Harden; his great grandchild Ryder Syrcle; and his siblings, James Curtis (Jeanne) of Florida, Donna Ray Oglesby (Bill) of Florida and Sharon Marie Feagans.
