She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Birdsell and Eva Birdsell (Farmer); her husband Ralph L. Tolliver; her daughters, Lois Jackson and Shirley Spitzner; and her sister Juanita I. Tipps.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Martin (Dan) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Carson Lomax (Jennifer) and Nathan Spitzner (Patty); and her great grandchild Tyler Lomax. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Berlin Christian Church (2580 S Wake Rd, New Berlin, IL 62670). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Waverly East Cemetery (195 E Elm St, Waverly, IL 62692).
