He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leroy and Flora Palmer (Barron); and his siblings, Marlene Johnson, Ron Palmer and Carol Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Randy (Annie Palmer), Steve (Jodi Palmer) and Sheri (Curt Zeck); and his grandchildren, Jake Palmer, Jessica (Matt Gomez), Zac (Cassie Palmer), Cassi Quinn, Amber (Dusty McKeag), Emily Zeck (Brett), Taylor (Alec Thornburg) and Madison Zeck (Will). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
