He is survived by: his children, Jessica Carnes (Adair) of Saunemin, IL, Elizabeth Adair of Metropolis and Patrick Adair of Fayetteville, OH; his grandchildren, Aidan, Skyla, Chey, D'mitri, Riley, Rose and Aika; and his siblings, Bonnie Willis (Adair) of Metropolis, Jackie Stallings (Adair) of Almo, TN and John Wade of Missouri.
