It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Tanner of New Burnside, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tanner and Eulalia Tanner (Ross); his sister Mary Ellen Tanner; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Dolores Houser.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Houser; his sons, Bob Tanner (Cayenne) of Pittsburg and Aaron Hale of Vienna; his friend Sonny Cook; and his caregivers, Tony Alsip and Jennifer Whiting.
