He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Walker and Julia Walker (Smith); his wife Maxine JoAnn Foster; his stepmother Mabel Walker; and his brothers, Don Walker, Owen Walker (Connie) and Lyle Walker (Dixie).
He is survived by: his children, Jim Walker (Kay) of New Canton, IL, Steve Walker (Linda) of New Canton, IL, Doug Walker of New Canton, IL, Chuck Walker (Beth) of New Canton, IL, Jerry Walker (Sara) of Quincy, IL, Joe Walker of New Canton, IL and Julie Bainter (George) of Barry, IL; his siblings, John Walker (Rosemary) and Twila Smith (Gene); his half-sisters, Linda Coleman and Dollie Sexton; his siblings-in-law, Janice Walker and Jack Hively; and his in-law Richard Foster (Amy). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the Samuel Taylor Cemetery.
