He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Horton and Gladys Horton (Neese); and his wife Linda Billings. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Horton, Amy Casto (Lloyd), Jo Akright and Niki Malone (Dale); his grandchildren, Alyssa (Matt), Lauren (John), Aubrey, Delanie (Ben), Bailey, Riley (Cooper), Caden and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Lucille, Lillian, Elliette, Leia, Duke, Jaynie, Stevie and Bowen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Community of Christ Church.
