She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Billings and Lucille Billings (Coates); and her husband Larry Horton. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Horton, Amy Casto (Lloyd), Jo Akright and Niki Malone (Dale); her grandchildren, Alyssa (Matt), Lauren (John), Aubrey, Delanie (Ben), Bailey, Riley (Cooper), Caden and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Lucille, Lillian, Elliette, Leia, Duke, Jaynie, Stevie and Bowen; and her brother Dale Billings (Linda).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Community of Christ Church.
