He is survived by: his sons, Don Ellis (Laura) of New Douglas, IL, Steve Ellis (Melody) of Grantfork, IL and Dave Ellis (Jennifer) of Highland, IL; his stepdaughter Jill Monroe (Scott) of Alton, IL; his grandchildren, Ashley Ellis, Allison Tienes, Maddie Trauernicht, Andrew Tienes, Cole Ellis, Jessica Ellis, Cody Ellis, Katie Ellis, Molly Ellis, Landon Ellis and Lexi Ellis; and his siblings, Randy Ellis, Linda Turner and Patty Odom.
