We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 95, Virginia Ruth Johnson (New Haven, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harmon Acord and Bessie Acord (John C. Johnson); her son George Robert "Bob" Johnson; her daughter-in-law Rebecca "Becky" Jo Johnson; and her siblings, Fleda Coleman, Joe Acord, Annabelle Roark, Nadine Mills, Lilly Adams, Ruby Poshard and Reba Cochran.

She is survived by : her husband John C. Johnson; her daughter Paula Mitchell; her grandchildren, John Mitchell, Eric Johnson (Gina Hale), Travis Johnson (Angel) and Chris Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Johnson and Calvin Mitchell.
