She was predeceased by: her father Peter Slamka; her husband Joseph Prieboy of Joliet, IL.; her son Thomas Prieboy; her mother Johanna Slamka (Dlholucky); and her siblings, Joseph Slamka (June), Mary Mamrila (Edward) and Monica Mika (James).
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Jean) and Mark (Colleen); her grandchildren, Joseph Jr. (Julie), Michelle, Audrey, Katelyn and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Luc, Grace and Benjamin. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
