With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl L. Conwill of New Lenox, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Cheryl find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolores Vrba and John Vrba. She is survived by: her husband David Conwill; her brothers, Richard (Joyce) and John Vrba (Mary Ann); her sister-in-law Kathy Conwill; and her nieces, Kathy O'Leary (Terry), Margaret Vahl and Christina Vrba.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickey Memorial Chapels - New Lenox (2100 Calistoga Dr, New Lenox, IL 60451). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maplewood Cemetery (331 W Haven Ave, New Lenox, IL 60451).
