She was predeceased by: her parents, Kaspar Gach and Catherine Gach; her husband Donald P. Slusarski; and her brother Charles Gach. She is survived by: her children, Don Slusarski (Cindy), Donna Brunmeier (Al), Doug Slusarski (Valerie), David Slusarski (Julie), Dennis Slusarski (Debra), Dale Slusarski (Laura), Diane Malkusak (Tony), Dean and Daryl Slusarski; and her sister Betty Kenny (late Carl).
