She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Carroll and Elsie Carroll; her husband Lawrence W; and her sons, Lawrence F. Hollatz (Alice Fernandez) and Mark Hollatz (Libby).

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Mills; her grandchildren, Hannah Walus (Rob), Gehrig Hollatz, Halle Hollatz, Mallory Hollatz, Sawyer Hollatz and Emily Mills; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Winifred Walus.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to National Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.
