With profound sadness, we say goodbye to June T. Ruszkowski of New Lenox, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Skip" Ruszkowski and Mary Browning Ruszkowski; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Meeks. She is survived by: her wife Patricia McDermott; her brother Stanley Ruszkowski (Mary); her parents-in-law, Kathleen McDermott and James McDermott; her siblings-in-law, Kelly McDermott (Jeff Jones) and Mark Meeks; her sibling's children, Stephen Ruszkowski, Nicholas Meeks (Cecelia Iniguez), Alexander Jones (Elizabeth), Caitlin Meeks, Mackenzie Meeks, Sophia Jones, Harper Jones and Emerson Jones; and her great-niece June. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
