She is survived by: her children, Peter Hegarty (Denise), Mike Hegarty, Wendy Hegarty and Kevin Hegarty (Natalie); and her grandchildren, David Pleski (Jenny) and Ryan Hegarty. She is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (201 S Briggs St, Joliet, IL 60433). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
