She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Hovorka and Otto Hovorka. She is survived by: her daughters, Brianna Bonk (Jason Mack) and Brielle Gonsowski (Matthew); her grandchildren, Carter, Ryleigh and Chelsea; the father of her children Thomas Bonk; her sister Kathleen White (William Sharley); her niece Vanessa White; and her great-niece Amariya White.
