He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Sargent and Hazel Sargent (Collins); his brother Don Sargent (Marilyn); and his grandson Dan Calhoun. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Scott Sargent (Jeanne), Anne Helander (John), Nancy Sargent Gustin (Mark) and Brad Sargent (Michelle); and his brother James Sargent. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
