He was predeceased by: his parents, Tarree Hosey Sr. and Hazel Gavin-Hosey; his brother Cameron Hosey; and his brother-in-law Henry Albert Fairley. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon E. Hosey (James Williams); his stepson Desmond Green; his grandchildren, Mariah Hosey, Lola Green, James Williams III and Olivia Williams; his siblings, Fredia, Geraldine Stilwell (Tim), Mark Hosey (Mary), John Patrick Hosey and Stephanie Moffett; his niece Dailey A. Moffett; and his close friend Solita Green-Hosey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
