He was predeceased by: his child Trista Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Aleta Maciejewski and Gregory Maciejewski (Patricia). He is survived by: his spouse Leone Cresap; and his sister-in-law Tania Puchalski (late Anthony Jr.).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (7659 W Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423).
