He is survived by: his son David of New Windsor; and his siblings, Dianna Ruhl of Silvis, Edward Ruhl of Silvis, Terry Ruhl of Colona and Brian Ruhl (Stephanie) of Davenport. He is also survived by several aunts, an uncle, and a host of nieces and nephews.
