She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Larson and Marie Larson; her brother Marion Larson; and her husband Edgar Gabel. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Davis (Jim) of Newark and Mary Haley (Kevin) of Grayslake, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Charlyn Martin (Steve) of Newark, Dr. Colin Haley of Chicago, Gabrielle Barracca (Joe) of Newark and Bridget Organ (Dan) of Chicago; her great grandchildren, James Martin (Trinity) of Newark, Evelyn Martin of Newark, Stevie Martin of Newark, Kassandra Speerly of Newark, Harry Organ and Georgia Organ of Chicago; her great great grandchild Finley Martin of Newark; and her pets, Gemini and Kit Kat.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte's name to Newark Lutheran Church, reflecting her lifelong commitment to her beloved community.
