She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wax and Mary Wax (Moore); her husband Roger; and her brother John Wax. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael Smith (Kayla) of Mahomet, IL and Brooke Peterson (Andrew) of Cary, NC; and her grandchildren, Grant, Savannah, Sarah, Elliott and Megan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
