Barbara Jean Ridgway Obituary

We bid farewell to Barbara Jean Ridgway of Newton, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Forrest Crouch and Leona Geneva Crouch (Rhodes); and her brother Richard Crouch. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Ridgway of Charleston, IL, Carolyn Ridgway of Newton, Dean Ridgway of Pana, IL, Twyla Harvey (Brian) of Newton and Keith Ridgway of Mokena, IL; her grandchildren, Carmen Kaufman (Michael) of Naperville, IL, Nathaniel Ridgway (Whitney) of Pana, IL, Jordan Ridgway (Erica) of Columbia, IL and Connor Ridgway of Pana, IL; her great grandchildren, Andrew Kaufman, Mason Kaufman of Naperville, Eleanor Ridgway, Henry Ridgway of Columbia and Jentree Ridgway of Pana, IL; her husband Robert D. Ridgway; and her son Gene Ridgway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
