He is survived by : his wife Janice Watkins (Cisney); his children, Jesse Watkins (Ellen) of Toledo, OH and Jami Smith (Jerry) of Yale, IL; his grandchildren, Harley Watkins of Newton, IL, Cassandra Dickey (Kaushik Ponnapalli) of Houston, TX and Billy Watkins (Deanna Troilo) of Newton, IL; his siblings, Pam Beauchamp of Evansville, IN, Ann Derosier (Don) of Concord, NH, Becky Kistner (Dave) of Newton, IL and David Watkins of Webb City, MO; and his sister-in-law Cammy Watkins.
