He was predeceased by : his mother Debra Lynn Pittman (Lewis); his grandparents, Don and Joyce Lewis; and his aunt Donna Lewis. He is survived by : his son Kylan Tucker; his brother Kyle Pittman (Jessa); his nephews, Zhane and Maddox Pittman; and his uncles, Terry Lewis (Jane) and Kevin Lewis (Kitty). He is also survived by his family and friends.
