She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward and Alene Carrie Fear (Byrom); her husband Herman Whalen; her siblings' children, Jeffrey "Jake" Whalen and Janet Yocum; her grandson Thomas Yocum; her great grandchildren, Alton Jones and Emery Adam; and her siblings, Florence Britton (Richard), Beverly Harness, Bonnie Fear and Ray Fear.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Correll (Fred) of Dundas; her grandchildren, Bill Loy, Jess Burley (Karli), Scott Burley, Kara Clough and Jennie Adam (Jed); her great grandchildren, Hannah Loy, Trevor Loy, Kody Loy, Ellyn Burley, Kase Burley, Lynn Clough, Everett Adam, Colten Adam and Indee Adam; her son-in-law Chris Yocum of Jewett; her siblings, Connie Keller (Robert) of Newton and Richard "Dick" Fear (Thelma) of Robinson; and her siblings-in-law, Elmer Harness of Robinson and Fonda Fear of Newton.
In loving memory of Marcie, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.
