He is survived by: his father John Shelly; his wife Angela Shelly of Newton; his children, Brittney McKee (Brent Johnson) of Willow Hill, Dakota Harris (Malachi Montague) of Mattoon and Michael Kinsel (Abbey) of Ridge Farm, IL; his grandchildren, Natalya Stone, Gryffindor Montague, Aly Kinsel, Grace Slawson, Lyla Montague and Brooklyn Kinsel; his sister Misti Woods (Troy) of Warner Robins, GA.; his stepmother Berdena Shelly; his mother Ruth Hathaway (Cook); his stepfather Clarence Hathaway; and his sisters, Linda and Bev.
Memorial gifts in honor of Randy may be made to the Jasper County Cancer Support Fund.
